Talk Type – Motivational Mindfulness and Meditation Talk 

Talk Description – The purpose of the talk is to provide attendee’s advice on being Mindful as well as using mediation in their daily lives. The key to being mindful is to not rush, try not to multitask and manage your time. Mediation is a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness. Mindfulness meditation,  lessens distractibility and promotes focusing on, and enjoyment of, the present moment. Using both will yield a positive impact on your body and mind.
