Talk Description – The purpose of the talk is to provide attendee’s advice on how to be and stay healthy during the winter. Tips on how to stay active, to keep energy and what foods/nutrients may help during this time. In addition some nice winter recipes. Moods can also be low during this season, so advice on how to maintain one’s mental health.
