Talk Description
The purpose of this course is to provide attendee tools and education to enable them to create optimal health and wellbeing. Over the six weeks, we will look at how diet, lifestyle, environment, sleep and hope to support optimal health and wellbeing.
The aim of this course is to provide students with skills which assist them in rewiring their brain to reach optimal health. Including confidence development and building self-esteem. This course is about acknowledging your abilities, accepting your potential and informing you on how to realise such potential. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
