The purpose of this talk is to provide employees advice on the benefits of healthy eating during COVID-19. Highlighting, how healthy meal planning has a positive impact on mental, physical and emotional well-being. Empowering the employee to understand how to prepare, plan and maintain nutritional meals daily to reach optimal health, save money, time and reduce waste. How healthy eating contributes to prevention of sickness, increase energy and support mood.
