This year supporting your employee’s mental well-being, comes at a time when their work and personal lives have considerably changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this wellness course is to inspire, educate and empower attendees on how to manage their mental well-being in “The New Normal” which now is our current environment. While mental health is not as easily measured as blood pressure or cholesterol, it deserves equal attention especially when considering the costs associated with poor mental health in the workplace. The past months have brought many challenges for individuals. We want to enable your employees to have optimal mental well-being.

Over the six sessions of the Mental Wellness Course we will focus on how to manage mental well-being through diet, lifestyle, environment, sleep and hope. How to embrace the art of boredom, in addition to the importance of relationships. Understanding when false evidence is appearing real. Building resilience to stress. How to get active while leading a sedentary lifestyle while working remotely. Prevention of burnout during these exceptional times. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
