Whether your habits are good or bad, understanding how to identify your daily habits is the key to successful, positive changes in your life. Why habits are resilient to change and easy tips to change bad habits. How diet, lifestyle, environment, sleep and hope play a role in the development of habits. Learning and developing new habits takes time, however, can change your life.
