The purpose of the course is to inspire, educate and empower employees on how to be mindful during COVID-19. This course provides an in-depth introduction to the foundations of mindfulness meditation practice. This course focuses on the practical implementation of mindfulness meditation and the conceptual understanding. Employees will learn mindful tools to feel better, less stressed, sleep better and help each person become the best version of themselves.
Employees will practice mindfulness meditation involving sitting silently and paying attention to thoughts, sounds, the sensations of breathing or parts of the body, bringing your attention back whenever the mind starts to wander. Furthermore, how to pay attention to the present, not be thinking about the past or worrying about the future. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
