This course will help you learn how to analyses your stress, where it comes from, what it does, and how you can manage it effectively.
Learning how to deal with stress is vital to long-term health. While stress alone doesn’t cause disease, it triggers molecular changes throughout the body that make people more susceptible to many illnesses. In this course, attendees will gain an understanding of the importance of how to deal with both positive and negative stress in their lives. Furthermore, understanding how fight or flight develops and the impact of perceived stress on the mind and body. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
