The purpose of the course is to inspire, educate, and empower students on how to manage and reduce their stress levels.

Talk Description

This course aims to provide valuable insights on stress management and building resilience for individuals, regardless of the current circumstances. Participants will learn about the impact of stress on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being and how to adapt and cope with it effectively. By understanding the importance of diet, lifestyle, sleep, and environment in building resilience, attendees can take control of their stress levels. The course will also cover the basics of stress analysis, sources, and effects of stress, and how to manage both positive and negative stress. Participants can complete the course over twelve months or attend it for six weeks.
