The purpose of this talk is to provide employees with advice on the importance of managing their digital well-being, with a focus on the benefits of practicing a digital detox. The talk will highlight the significant impact that high device usage can have on mental, emotional, and physical well-being, particularly in the areas of sleep, energy levels, immune function, and mood. The goal is to empower employees to prioritise real-life social interactions and creative pursuits, and to learn strategies for managing their use of digital devices in a healthy and sustainable way.
