The purpose of this course is to inspire, educate, and empower employees to create more mindful, meaningful, well-rounded lives both online and off. The key role disconnecting has on reconnecting your life. Digital detox has positive impact on your health with particular focus on sleep, energy levels, immune function, mood and health. The significant impact high usage of devices may have on your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. How detoxing from digital devices is seen to focus on real-life social interactions without distractions during these exceptional times.

How to create boundaries and awareness with your multiple devices and platforms used every day. The course will focus on helping people be more present and improve the balance with technology use in their lives. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
