The Healthy Eating on the Go wellness course is designed to help employees learn how to maintain a healthy diet even when they have a busy lifestyle. The course covers practical strategies and tips for planning, preparing, and selecting healthy meals and snacks on-the-go, and how to make healthier choices when eating out or traveling. By providing employees with the knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy diet while managing their busy lives, this course can help support their overall well-being and productivity

This six-week wellness course aims to empower employees to take control of their holistic health and equip them with a toolkit to protect and enhance their wellbeing while working on the go.
