Sinead is a highly qualified wellness expert who graduated from the Institute of Health Sciences, specialising in nutrition using functional medicine principles. In addition, Sinead holds a postgraduate qualification in Workplace Wellness Health Promotion from NUI Galway.
With extensive experience in the corporate industry, Sinead has designed and delivered comprehensive wellness programs for companies, both online and in person. Drawing on her corporate background and wellness expertise, Sinead recognises the crucial role that diet, lifestyle, and environment play in promoting optimal mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Through her work, Sinead seeks to educate individuals on the importance of these factors and empower them to prioritize their overall wellness.

Our Approach
Step One: Consultation with your Company
My wellness goal is to have a deep understanding of your requirements and your employee needs so I can design wellness talks/courses to support optimal health and wellbeing for everyone. I work with you prior to delivering any wellness talks, to identify your specific wellness goals for your employees. Having worked in the corporate environment myself I have a good understanding of the corporate environment having walked the walk.
Step Two: Design and Delivery
I design and deliver optimised wellbeing talks and courses online or face to face. I empower your employees to reach their optimal wellness goals by educating them on diet, lifestyle, environment, sleep and hope. By empowering individuals with the knowledge and scientific evidence for health and wellness, this enables everyone to be able to manage themselves and not rely on others.
Step Three: Feedback
Feedback is an essential tool for developing a successful continuous wellness plan for your employees. It allows me to identify if your employees would like particular focus or more information on a specific wellness topic. Having an ongoing dialogue on feedback encourages employees to be open and honest about the wellness platform being delivered to them. I am open and honest to you with all feedback received.
