This year, supporting the mental well-being of your employees is crucial, as changes in their work and personal lives may have an impact on their mental health. The aim of this wellness course is to inspire, educate and empower participants to manage their mental health in the current environment. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and the costs associated with poor mental health in the workplace should not be overlooked.

The Mental Wellness Course comprises six sessions focusing on managing mental well-being through lifestyle, diet, sleep, environment, hope, and relationships. It also covers topics such as building resilience to stress, getting active while working remotely, and preventing burnout. Participants will learn the importance of embracing boredom and recognising when negative thoughts may be misleading. The course can be taken over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
