The aim of this course is to equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools to engage in mindfulness meditation. It covers the fundamental concepts and practical aspects of mindfulness, providing a comprehensive introduction to this practice. By participating in this course, employees will acquire mindfulness techniques that can enhance their well-being, reduce stress, improve their sleep, and support personal growth.

During the course, employees will engage in mindfulness meditation exercises, which involve sitting quietly and focusing on different stimuli such as thoughts, sounds, breath, or body sensations, while bringing back their attention when it wanders. The goal is to develop present-moment awareness, without getting caught up in past or future events. This course can be completed over a period of twelve months or conducted over six consecutive weeks.
