The purpose of this course is to inspire, educate, and empower employees on how to effectively manage increasing levels of stress. The course will explore various techniques to build resilience and minimise stress levels, as well as the impacts of stress on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Attendees will learn how to identify sources of stress and manage them effectively.

Effective stress management is crucial for long-term health, as it can trigger molecular changes in the body that increase susceptibility to various illnesses. In this course, attendees will gain an understanding of the importance of managing both positive and negative stress in their lives, including the development of the fight or flight response and the impact of perceived stress on the mind and body. The course can be implemented over a twelve-month period or conducted concurrently for six weeks.
