The purpose of the weight management wellness course is to inspire, educate and empower employee’s how to manage their weight during these exceptional times. Our daily work and personal lives have changed considerably as a result of COVID-19 global pandemic. Studies have shown, high level of individuals have observed weight gain since the start of COVID. The purpose of this course is to provide attendee tools and education to enable them to create positive healthy eating habits. Over the six weeks, we will look at how diet, lifestyle, environment, sleep and hope to support weight management in helping the employees reach optimal health and wellbeing.
There will be a key focus on managing weight loss the healthy way. Weekly recipes will be provided high in nutrients and low in calories. From sugar detox to reading food labels will be covered. In addition to monitoring key habits which are influenced by trigger foods and danger zones. How the mind is control of the body. What your macronutrients do for you and your weight. The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
