Course Description & Benefits
The purpose of this course is to help employees cultivate more mindful and well-rounded lives both online and offline. It emphasizes the importance of disconnecting to reconnect with real-life social interactions without the distractions of digital devices. The course provides insights into the positive impact of digital wellbeing on various aspects of health, including sleep, energy levels, immune function, mood, and overall well-being. It also offers strategies for creating boundaries and awareness around multiple devices and platforms used daily. The course can be completed over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
