The purpose of this talk is to provide employees with information on managing their work-life balance while working remotely. The talk will focus on the importance of establishing and maintaining healthy habits, such as regular exercise and breaks, to support productivity and well-being. Additionally, the talk will cover strategies for maintaining focus and avoiding distractions while working from home, and tips for creating a healthy home office environment.
