The purpose of this talk is to provide employees with advice on the benefits of healthy eating, emphasising how it can positively impact their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The talk will empower employees to learn how to prepare, plan, and maintain nutritious meals daily to achieve optimal health, save money and time, and reduce waste. It will also highlight how healthy eating can contribute to preventing illness, increasing energy levels, and supporting a positive mood
