The purpose of this talk is to provide you with advice on the benefits of weight management and reaching your optimal weight. The reasons why we may gain weight, and how to lose weight in a healthy way. The importance of understanding the mind-body connection and identifying internal and external barriers that may prevent weight loss. The talk will also highlight why crash diets are ineffective and unsustainable in the long run.
