This wellbeing event aims to provide students with a range of tools and techniques to support their physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing. Through various talks and workshops, students will learn how to manage stress, build confidence and self-esteem, improve their sleep habits, and create a healthy lifestyle. The event aims to empower students to take control of their health and wellbeing, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to live a happy and healthy life.
